We experienced a very short connectivity disruption affecting our Asia region.
The issue occurred during a planned load balancer operation performed by our infrastructure provider. This maintenance was not expected to impact traffic, but it briefly affected connectivity in the region.
Connectivity was restored quickly, and the region is now operating normally again.
We are following up with our provider to better understand why this maintenance caused an unexpected impact and to reduce the risk of similar issues in the future.
